Shipping and delivery
Orders are packed by hand at our studio warehouse in Sheung Wan and dispatched worldwide.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your parcel leaves us. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: customs clearance, public holidays and local carrier delays can add a few days. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation so you can follow the parcel.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination and the weight of your parcel, so the exact amount is shown before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold and no minimum order value.
Taxes, duties and customs
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Those charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels that are refused at customs and returned to us are refunded minus the shipping cost.
Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping fee may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will start a trace with the carrier. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can replace or refund it.
