Returns and refunds
We want every piece from F&D Limited to earn its place in your wardrobe. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Before you send anything back
Email info@tyronejacobs.shop with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not ship a parcel back before you hear from us.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, deodorant, make-up and pet hair.
- Original tags must still be attached and the item must be resellable.
- Please pack the item so it arrives in the same condition it was sent.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by the customer and is not prepaid. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not the one you ordered, we cover the return shipping and will arrange it with you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we inspect it and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval; your bank may need a few more days to post it. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was wrong, damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, tell us before you return the item. We will hold the size when it is available and send it once the return arrives. If the size has sold out, we will offer a refund or help you choose another piece.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund it.
If your parcel has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date in your shipping confirmation so we can open a trace with the carrier.
Orders and cancellations
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We can only cancel an order before it is dispatched; once it has left our studio warehouse in Sheung Wan, please use the return process above.
